ABOUT US

We are a group of plant-based healthcare professionals passionate about promoting the benefits of plant-based living in Ireland. Our goal is to ensure that our community remains healthy and vibrant by sharing knowledge, advice and expertise on plant-based nutrition. We came together in 2017 and organised the first ever plant-based nutrition conference in Ireland in 2019. We are now holding our second conference in February 2020 - check out the Events page for more info.

As more research is made available, we are seeing an increasing body of evidence supporting the health benefits of this natural way of eating. We advocate a plant-based diet to reduce the risk of conditions known as lifestyle diseases, conditions that can be avoided or minimised just by eating the right types of food. It’s our belief if our community can adopt these simple changes, we will all benefit from being healthier and stronger with a better quality of life.
